5 CARS DESTROYED IN CRASH

Meanwhile five cars have been destroyed following a wild accident at Plaza Junction in Kumasi.

The incident happened on Saturday afternoon on the main Airport roundabout to Krofrom road.

Eye witnesses said a truck after ascending a hill suddenly reversed at top speed, causing the crash.

Five vehicles that were also ascending the hill at the time were destroyed in the process.

Surprisingly, no deaths or serious injuries were recorded during the dangerous accident.

Kojo Poku, an eye witness said he is surprised no death was recorded during the crash.

According to him, the truck was seen reversing at top speed after reaching the top of the hill.

The truck then turned and blocked the road “and the other cars were seen hitting each other”, he said.
