Ambulance Bay for Ahafo Ano South-West

Plans are far advanced for the grand opening of an ambulance bay in the Ahafo Ano South-West District Assembly in the Ashanti region.

The facility, which would boast of modern healthcare amenities, is being constructed by the district assembly.

The Chief Executive of the Assembly, Hon. Patrick Adusei, who made the disclosure, stated that the bay would, among other things, contribute towards the enhancement of healthcare delivery to the people.

He said with the bay in place, people with severe ailments could be attended to quicker in their various communities, and applauded his predecessor for having the vision to start the construction of the facility, which he hoped would be completed soon.

Hon. Adusei added that a fire station project, which was also started by his predecessor, would be completed soon to benefit the populace.
