Asiedu Nketia Tours Troubled Constituencies …Over NDC Elections
JOHNSON ASIEDU Nketiah, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is embarking on a nationwide tour of constituencies where the party is yet to organize their parliamentary primaries.
According to him, the tour is intended to enable him figure out what prevented the party from holding elections in those constituencies.
Asiedu Nketiah, who was speaking on radio in Kumasi, said the party is determined to resolve all issues in the ‘troubled constituencies’.
“I am currently touring the various constituencies in the country where we (NDC) could not hold our parliamentary elections as planned.
“Certainly there are troubles in these constituencies and that is why the party could not organize parliamentary elections in those areas.
“My mission is to help unearth the nature of the problems so that we can resolve them in order to ensure peace for the polls to take place”.
Asiedu Nketiah said the upcoming presidential poll is for the NDC to win, so the party is determined to face the elections with a united front.
