Bawumia Not Having Stroke

“DR. MAHAMADU Bawumia is not down with a stroke as some media houses in the country infamously published and attributed the hoax story to me. I have never said on any media platform or in my church that President Nana Akufo-Addo will soon appoint a new vice president”, Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi aka the ‘Eagle Prophet’, the General Overseer of the God’s Crown Chapel in Kumasi has told THE PUBLISHER

The paper interviewed the Prophet due to media reports that he had prophesied that Dr. Bawumia was down with a stroke.

Meanwhile, social media went haywire with latest photos and video recordings of Dr. Bawumia strolling the Oxford Streets in London with his wife, Samira and holding hands as though they were newlyweds on honeymoon.

The video shows a rather healthy looking Bawumia walking briskly and smiling with rosy checks while he occasionally exchanged pleasantries during the walk.

The photos hit social media a day after Samira Bawumia has publicly stated that have husband was fit and healthy and that he would be returning to Ghana soon from the UK where he has gone on an official medical leave.

Prophet Reindolph Oduro Gyebi complained to THE PUBLISHER that some media networks have adopted a weird strategy of always attributing false stories to him lately just to create fear and panic in the country.

The Eagle Prophet, who is noted for giving accurate prophecies, lamented that he had suffered enough from false stories, urging then media to act professionally.

He cautioned media networks that have decided to lie about him to tarnish his image and also make money to change from their sinful ways.

Bawumia Stroke Story

Speaking in an exclusive interview with THE PUBLISHER, the man of God said he only called for fervent prayers for Dr. Bawumia and his family, recently.

According to him, he was preaching on radio and the spirit of God urged him to call on Ghanaians to pray for God’s healing for the vice president.

The Eagle Prophet said he also said “let’s arrest the spirit of stroke, but I never said the vice president is down with a stroke and so a new veep will be selected”.

The Audio Recording

The man of God, who looked very disappointed over the false report, provided a copy of the audio recording where he made the statement.

On the short audio, the Eagle Prophet was heard preaching and at the same time praying for Ghana and certain top-notch personalities in the country.

He then said “We are praying for Dr. Bawumia and his family. We are praying that God should touch him, we are praying to God to heal him.

“Let’s pray and arrest the spirit of stroke”, the Eagle prophet requested and he was heard praying fervently in tongs with his prayer team.

At no point in the said audio did the Eagle Prophet, who is very popular in Ghana, notably Kumasi, state that Dr. Bawumia is down with a stroke.

The Eagle Prophet, it would be recalled, shot to fame after he correctly predicted that calamity will hit the Kintampo Water Falls, last year.

Since then, he has also predicted correctly several future occurrences. Ghanaians therefore take every prophecy from the Eagle Prophet very serious.
