Boakye Agyarko Wraps Up First Leg of Nationwide Tour in Greater Accra

New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Chairman hopeful, Boakye Agyarko, has rounded off the opening phase of his campaign tour across all 16 regions, with Greater Accra serving as the final stop.

His mission is unambiguous: reclaim the NPP’s lost parliamentary seats and build the grassroots machinery needed to secure Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s victory in the 2028 presidential election.

In the capital region, Mr. Agyarko showed a sharp grasp of its diverse demographic and political landscape, insisting that the NPP’s path to the presidency runs squarely through Greater Accra. Recognising that each constituency presents its own distinct challenges, he argued for bespoke strategies tailored to local realities.

At the heart of his welfare agenda is a pledge to invest in Party officers through training, logistical backing, and timely operational support. Resources, he said, would be distributed according to each constituency’s specific needs—and delivered early enough to make a real difference.

Winning in Greater Accra, he stressed, calls for more than catchy slogans—it demands local insight, capable personnel, prompt resourcing, and constituency-focused planning.

Mr. Agyarko closed his visit by expressing sincere gratitude to regional and constituency executives for their warm welcome and the groundswell of endorsements his candidacy has received.
