Celebrating Caroline Adzogble: The Inside Story That Has Never Been Told

Celebration of each person in this world comes out from their good deeds, high dedication to work in addition to how far it touched people around and far away. Celebrations can never be bought; it comes naturally.

Caroline Esinam Adzogble, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Caroline Group of Companies has in the past few years managed to triumph such celebration for herself. She has been described in many quarters as the face of education, an exceptional leader among others.

The undeniable fact is that, this celebration coming from majority of persons and groupings are true to the bone. Each one of them has been touched by the inestimable influence of madam Caroline; a determiner who assumes the diminutive body of a mere mortal but has a heart of a deity.

She spoke to The New Publisher, “I created several companies over the years that has been focused on education. It got to a point of managing them seamlessly and effortlessly and it became evident I just had to group them. Education is wide and I’ve created services that takes care of training, consulting and services all in the space of education”

Caroline Group of Companies, as a conglomerate, is the biggest Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) seeking the better welfare of pupils in the country – arguably, and that story cannot be written, told and shared without the critical mention of madam Caroline Esinam Adzogble.

She is the pivot; playing the essential role in ensuring that the company remains the most relevant, most consistent and most proficient in its one decade of existence

Asked what has been her motivation, she disclosed that “It is quite disheartening to see people having to give up on their education dreams because I lived that myself. I created and focused on a vision that could provide education opportunities for as many as I can.

“I believe there have been people who’ve been on my journey for 11years and there’s been a person who’s just heard my story. I just opened up my world so I can impact that boy or girl who’s got dreams. It’s been hard work and perseverance because trust me when I state the whole story, it’s not that easy”

Experience & Initiatives

Caroline is mostly noted for her US$1million scholarship scheme for 100 African students and the 120 laptop project as well.

By far, her exemplary skills in management and leadership gives an impression that she has the innate gift – considering how she effortlessly steer the affairs at the Group.

On what she would want to be remembered for in education, she said she wants people to be heard saying “Caroline sold education as the hottest and most beautiful commodity on the planet”

She added, “I want Caroline to be a household name in the space of Education. There shouldn’t be books written without our quotes in it. There shouldn’t be an education discussion without us in the room. There shouldn’t be education policies that we didn’t help enact. We should be everywhere when it comes to education. More like a reference point.”

Her brilliance in company management and marketing cannot be overemphasized. Her creative power and intellect to take risk, effect change and projection have been grand. Many still marvel at her level of understanding and delivery in the educational space she manages.

She is not a dictator in imposing her ideas and will on the job – as she gives room for others to share their opinions and thoughts by providing a listening ear; a quality that solidifies her leadership skill.

Caroline Esinam Adzogble, hails from Dzodze in the Volta Region. She is a seasoned educational consultant and a champion for better educational opportunities across Africa.

She owns her own accredited international college as one of the youngest female entrepreneurs in Ghana.

Potters International College, an online college, which she started in 2010 has been the basis of her company which has now expanded operation to other areas.

The college offers internationally-recognized diplomas to students who have had gaps in their education and do not have the necessary academic qualification to move on to the next level.
