Ghanaian YOLO Actor Drogba Battles Deadly Illness

John Bredu Peasah, also known as Drogba from the popular Ghanaian TV series YOLO, has been diagnosed with a serious Demyelinating disease, a life-threatening condition.

Reports indicate that he has been fighting this illness for the past two years.

The news of his health condition surfaced on social media on March 8, when fellow Ghanaian actor Jeffrey Nortey shared a flyer seeking financial support for Drogba’s medical treatment.

In YOLO, Drogba, also known as Blah Charles, portrays a character known for his ‘lover boy’ persona, going to great lengths to pursue women.

YOLO, a sequel to the Ghanaian series Things We Do for Love, started in 2016 and aims to provide guidance and advice to youth dealing with challenges during their adolescent years.
