GIGM Opens Ghana Terminal

Chief Operations Officer of GIG Mobility Ghana, Vuakpor Muoghereh says the company is committed to providing great customer service for its customers in the country.

She said the expansion of the company’s operations into Ghana is in line with GIG Mobility’s agenda to provide great customer experience for commuters across Africa.

Ms. Muoghereh stated that GIGM is contributing to the revolution of global transportation and is excited to extend its technologically driven transport service to Ghana, the gateway to Africa.

She said the company believes in anticipating the unspoken needs of customers when it comes to transportation.

Speaking at the launch of the Accra terminal, the Chief Operations Officer of GIG Mobility while emphasizing the company’s resolve to providing the people of Ghana the best transport experience said the company is also committed to moving people across cities easily and safely.

She disclosed that GIGM has launched several technology-driven tools to redefine transportation, including its booking app available on Google play for android users and Apple store for Apple users adding that “its locally developed enterprise partner model allows interested investors to operate in the transport industry through the GIGM enterprise model.”

GIGM’s Chief Operations Officer stated that just like the e-hailing taxi companies for intra-city transport service, GIGM is changing the way intercity transport service is done in Ghana with the introduction of the mobile app for ticket booking, vehicle hire and pick up service.

This, Ms. Muoghereh insist would introduce a more convenient way to travel as opposed to the conventional “wait and fill model for interstate model.”

Booking tickets on the GIGM app is easy and can be done in less than five minutes from the comfort zone of the user, she said, stressing that “the user simply downloads the GIGM app and sign up and commence use by filling up the itinerary for travel. Using the GIGM pick up service is a lot more.”

Ms. Muoghereh said the company has enough fleet to offer the transportation needs of its customers and are poised to cover all the sixteen regions of Ghana.

GIGM over the past twenty years has consistently revolutionised the transport sector by focusing on the customer ensuring satisfaction at all touch points.
