BROGYA GENFI, who recently lost the National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Youth Organizer race, says it was not God’s will for him to win the polls.
According to him, he did whatever he could, including campaigning very hard to win the elections, but his efforts were not enough to win the elections.
“I think it was not God’s will that I win the NDC National Youth Organizer position this time and that is why my tireless efforts were not crowned with victory.
“I campaigned very hard and also presented a credible campaign message, which ideally could have swayed the delegates to give me their endorsement.
“But things did not work for me as planned during the elections, and I think that it was not God’s will that I win this time”, Brogya Genfi said in a television chat. According to him, in life men propose, but it is God who disposes.
Brogya Genfi, who is a former Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer of the NDC, said he had managed to put the shocking defeat behind him.
“I give thanks to God because I know that it was not God’s plan that I win this time, but I have come over the shock and I am ready to serve the NDC”.
He indicated that he is ready and determined to hit the road and campaign to help the NDC wrest power from the NPP to restore hope for the country.
