Human brains, not God solves problems – Common Sense Family

Leader of the Common Sense Family (CSF), Avraham Ben Moshe, has said if more persons start to use their brains to think out solutions to the various challenges confronting mankind, rather than solely relying on a solution from God and in the process stop thinking, the world would be a better place with better developmental projects.

Avraham said if Christians defer from living fake lives with their understanding of Church doctrines, and get the understanding that they were blessed with brains for arriving at solutions to challenges – there would be an increased development.

“We don’t know God, let’s leave Him out of the equation, He has nothing to offer human beings. God does not heal the sick, if He does then Christmas with health insurance cards have all deceived themselves. We have brains; let’s utilize it for growth and development. I don’t intend for people to lose faith in their beliefs, but the teaching of using common sense is also very important. There was God already before bible and Quaran came into existence and our slave masters brought unto us that foreign book described as bible” he disclosed on OKAY FM Monday morning when he appeared on the Best Entertainment Show.

He added: “Many Christians are living fake lives today because of religion;, it brings division. The only thing religion does is to give hope. We were born with brains and not any book. So to me, the brain is more powerful than any book. So when you are reading any book, it must tally with the brain you have. Let’s learn how to live and make this world a better place and forget God. We don’t need to dress every Sunday before we get to know what is bad and how to abstain from it. One issue I have about Christians and Islam is that, they insult and intimidate other believers from the other side.”

Both  Nicholas Osei aka ‘Kumchacha of the Heaven’s Gate Ministry and relationship counselor George Lutterodt on the same show disagreed with Avraham and described his teachings as “far from the truth”.

They argued that, the powers and approach of God cannot be understood by any human being.

“When you read Deuteronomy 29: 29 – it talks about the hidden aspects of God and further said, the unhidden ones are just for us and our children which shows there are many hidden things we don’t and can’t know about God. When you try hard to find out answers to questions about who created God and things, you’ll go mad, human beings can’t understand God.” Kumchacha said.

Lutterodt on the other hand also said: “There are two things about quoting the scriptures, there are a lot of people who can quote the scriptures like a mad man but the interpretation of the scripture is not meant to be learnt in school. So Avraham can have about 400 scriptures but the understanding out of his interpretation won’t go on well for him. He picks scriptures that will favor his common sense but the bible tells us not to lean on our own understanding. Proverbs 5: 3 says do you lean on your understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path”

The interview has generated public conversations with many alluding to the teachings of Avraham with others also insisting his teachings does not hold any test of truth.

Music producer and sound engineer, David Kojo Kyei, commonly known as Kaywa and popular gospel musician, CwesiOteng reacting to the issue sighed by The New Publisher expressed dismay over the teachings of Avraham Ben Moshe.

“He needs the Love of Christ more than anything. Jesus loves u Boss” Kaywa wrote in a comment session on Instagram.

Cwesi Oteng on the other hand also wrote, “Very funny story”
