Jeffrey Nortey Wins Screen Icon of the Year Award

Jeffrey Nortey has been named Screen Icon of the Year at the 7th Ghana Entertainment Awards USA, held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Avenue Event Space in South Hackensack, New Jersey.

The annual event celebrates Ghanaian and African creatives both at home and in the diaspora. This year’s edition paid tribute to the living legacy of Ghanaian music and film with live band performances and a spotlight on highlife heritage.

The ceremony attracted industry figures, artists, and fans who came together to honour Ghanaian excellence on an international stage.
