Krif Ghana Limited Rewards Customer Loyalty


Krif Ghana Limited, dealers in quality stationery and office equipment, has announced the launch of a delightful Customer Experience Month campaign dubbed, “Rewarding Customer Loyalty.”

The campaign which is tied to the appreciable patronage of Krif’s goods and services, promises to thrill and reward loyal customers by allowing them to have complete access to both new and old products on the company’s shelves.

Expressing his excitement over the campaign, the Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana Limited, Rev Kennedy Okosun said, theywould continue to recognise all discerning customers who want value for money for their continuous patronage of Krif’s world-class brands.

“In short, in November 2017, at Krif Ghana Limited, it is the customer, the customer, the customer and the customer. 24/7, all our concentration is on the customer,” he noted.

The executive chairman outlined programmes to be rolled out in the four week campaign saying in every week, a customer would be adjudged the “Customer of the Week” based on the value of the business at the end of every week.

The winner walks away with a cash reward.

Sequentially, acumulative value of business that a particular customer has made over the duration of the customer experience month would be analysed resulting in the overall customer of the month.

The winner would be rewarded accordingly and gazetted.

As though that is not enough reward for customers, Rev indicated that even one-time shoppers will have a taste of the pudding adding that, “simply walk into any Krif shop, make a purchase irrespective of the value of purchase and walk away with a unique gift from us.”

“At the end of all these, we plan to host a Customer Awards Night as we have done severally in the past, to celebrate the Krif customer,” he said.

Krif has a broad range of products manufactured by top-notch German companies like Olympia, Helix, Pelikan, Durable and BSC.
