Manhyia Hospital gets Incubator from Rotary
THE ROTARY Club of Kumasi has presented medical equipments to the Manhyia Government Hospital.
The items presented included an Incubator, Suction Machine, Pulse Oximeter and Patient Trolley, among others.
The largesse formed part of activities marking the 55 years anniversary of the Rotary Club of Kumasi.
Ing Nana Poku Agyeman, the President of the Rotary Club of Kumasi, said the donation would boost healthcare.
According to him, the donation clearly falls in line with the mandate of Rotary Club, who are into charity works.
Ing Nana Poku Agyeman urged the management of the hospital to put the items into good use to benefit society.
Dr. Emmanuel Kojo Tinkorang, the Ashanti Regional Director of Health Service, lauded Rotary Club for their kindness.
He said the items presented, especially the Incubator, would help prevent neo-natal deaths in the hospital.m
