Metro Mass Transit Honours Samuel Yaw Larbi for Exceptional Role in E-Ticketing System Implementation  

Metro Mass Transit Limited (MMTL) has honoured Samuel Yaw Larbi with a prestigious award for his outstanding contribution to the successful rollout of the company’s E-Ticketing System.

According to MMTL, Mr Larbi’s exceptional leadership and coordination played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, enhancing service efficiency, and improving customer experience.

A citation recognising Mr. Larbi’s outstanding contribution in part reads “His dedication and professionalism ensured a smooth transition, strengthened accountability, and propelled MMTL’s growth”.

The Traffic Operations Manager of MMTL, Mr Ebenezer Marfo, presenting the award at a short ceremony at the company’s headquarters on July 13, 2023, acknowledged Mr Larbi’s selflessness and unwavering commitment to operational excellence.

“His efforts have set a benchmark for innovation and teamwork within the organisation, which we are proud of”, Mr. Marfo noted.
