Ofosu Ampofo Endorses Ablordeppey As Gt. Accra Communications Officer

The Director of Elections for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, has endorsed the Greater Accra Regional Communications Officer bid of Radio Gold’s Samuel Ablordeppey.

The ex-Local Government Minister said he believed Ablordeppey would be a great communications officer for the party in the region.

The endorsement was made when the ace Journalist, who was in the studio of Ahotor 92.3 FM as a panelist, impressed the owner of the station, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, with his great analysis of the issues under discussion.

Mr. Ampofo said: “This clearly shows, without doubt, that you are the best for the Greater Accra Communications Office of the great party. You know I have given you a big endorsement because I know you are capable of doing the work”.

Showing gratitude for his endorsement, Ablordeppey urged all party supporters to take keen interest in the ongoing reorganization and registration processes, saying it is only through that that the NDC could regain power in 2021.

The former presidential correspondent and Journalist with Radio Gold recently declared his intention to contest the Greater Accra regional communications officer position for the NDC to bring his expertise to bear in ensuring the party’s comeback in the 2020 elections.

Even though it is not clear how many people are currently eyeing the position, political observers think Ampofo’s endorsement of Ablordeppey puts him miles ahead of his competitors.
