OJ BLAQ Reveals He Introduced Asem To Alcohol

 

It is not often that one survives a very tragic issue but the story of musician OJ has been positive since turning his ways to follow Christ.

The Hip life act turned gospel musician, Andy Alexander Nii Akrashie popularly known by his stage name OJ Black has confessed of influencing negatively on rapper Asem’s behavior.

OJ’s contrition came after he suffered kidney issues, which almost took his life, he since then has decided to turn over a new leaf, letting go of his “sinful” ways.

Though he believes every experience he’s been through has groomed him into the man he is today, Blaq expressed deep remorse for introducing the then young rapper to alcohol.

“I always ask for God’s forgiveness for that”, he added.

Though according to OJ, himself and Asem have not spoken in a while, he[OJ Blaq] always remembers Asem in prayers.

“We dont talk like we used to but I follow what he does and I pray for him everyday”, he added.

Asem was recruited by Lynx entertainment while he was still in Secondary School and he rose to fame with his debut single titled “Give Me Blow”

Asem, known to be one of Ghana’s formidable artistes, has been absent from the music scenes since the release of ‘Wasted’ in 2013, his absence has been of great concern to the music industry.
