Sumner breaks ‘Cut Off’ for Teams

The pull of preparing for the new season ahead appears to be too much for the England trio consisting of Marcus Rashford, Phil Jones and Ruben Loftus- Cheek, but they could well land themselves in trouble.

Chelsea’s Loftus-Cheek has already been spotted putting in the work at their Cobham training ground, but his return is premature given that he isn’t due back yet because it goes against clause 14 of the standard players’ contract drawn up by the PFA.

Returning to Chelsea after a loan spell will no doubt provide the young midfielder with the push he needs to secure a regular spot in Maurizio Sarri’s side.

Manchester United meanwhile have a whole host of players sunning themselves around the world including Paul Pogba and Marouane Fellaini who are enjoying wild parties in LA following their impressive World Cup performances.

Rashford and his best mate Jesse Lingard have been mixing business and pleasure, ensuring they get the miles in by running along the beach while holidaying in Miami .

As Rashford along with Jones are rumoured to be preparing to cut their break short to ensure they’re fully fit for their first game against Leicester.

In his usual style, the Portuguese boss was a sore loser in defeat, in America, and moaned that some of his players could cut their extended World Cup holidays short in order to help him out.

His mood throughout the pre-season tour has been sour and grim.

He blasted Anthony Martial on spending time with his newborn baby and moaned that he hasn’t been able to secure any new signings .

Mourinho’s mood and outbursts won’t do the young stars, that are being given an opportunity, any favours. Whereas Pep Guardiola praised the younger Manchester City stars for their involvement in pre-season tour.

Mourinho’s future at Untied looks uncertain, according to Jamie Redknapp . And calling out for players to break the rules and cut their well-earned breaks short will not do him any favours.

The Red Devils face Real Madrid in their last International Champions Cup clash.
