US Physio Expects lauds Napo
PHYSIOTHERAPY EXPERTS from the George Fox University, in the United States, have showered tons of praises on Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Ghana’s Minister for Education.
According to the US physiotherapy group, Dr, Prempeh aka ‘Napo’, the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, has the health needs of his constituents at heart.
This follows Napo’s decision to organize a free physiotherapy exercise for residents of Manhyia South Constituency in Kumasi on Wednesday.
Last year, 700 people benefitted from the exercise in the constituency. About 1,000 people also benefitted from this year’s free physiotherapy exercise.
Mr. Ike Ebo Grant, speaking on behalf of the 14-member George Fox University team, said Napo deserves praises for making the event possible.
“Last year Napo organized the first edition of the exercise and this year he has done same. He cares about his people”, he said in chat with the media.
According to him, the George Fox University team was supported by the KNUST Sports Medicine Department to screen the Manhyia South residents.
He disclosed that stroke patients and people suffering from back pains, neck pains, chest pains and many others, were treated freely by his team.
The Manhyia South Constituency Secretary, Haruna Alhassan, stated that Napo believes that his constituents should be physically and mentally strong at all times.
“This will enable the residents to be able to contribute their quota towards the numerous development programmes initiated by the MP, who is also the Education Minister”.
