CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR LIVING LEGENDS  

Dear Esteemed Legend,

On behalf of The PeaceShip Production, the Board, patrons and the organizing committee of the Ghana Legends Awards 2026, we extend our warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to you on your selection to be honoured at the Ghana Legends Awards 2026.

Your selection is more than receiving an award, it is a national recognition of your achievements, sacrifices, service and invaluable contribution to Ghana. You have inspired generations, created unforgettable memories and helped shape our nation’s history.

The Ghana Legends Awards is here to change the narrative where Legends are well celebrated after their Demise, we believes that our heroes must be celebrated, appreciated and supported while they are alive,.

We want our legends to receive their flowers while they can still see, feel and enjoy the love of the people they have inspired.

As part of this vision, the Ghana Legends Awards will introduce initiatives including:

* Official Legend Souvenirs: T-shirts and other memorabilia featuring the pictures and names of our selected legends. Legends are encouraged to promote their souvenirs to fans, families and loved ones.

* ⁠The initiative will help celebrate and preserve their legacies while creating opportunities to raise funds to support legends, particularly aged and vulnerable legends.

* Dinner With Your Legend: A special opportunity for fans, families and corporate personalities to reserve seats or tables, dine with their favourite legends, present gifts, take photographs and personally appreciate them.

* ⁠This will also serve as a fundraising platform to support our legends.

* Rep Your Legend: Encouraging Ghanaians, especially younger generations, to proudly wear their favourite legends’ T-shirts, celebrate their achievements and keep their stories alive.

* Legend Welfare: The long-term vision is to use the Ghana Legends Awards platform to advocate for and provide financial, medical and welfare assistance to legends who may need support.

We therefore humbly ask every selected legend to give the Ghana Legends Awards their maximum support by promoting the event, their souvenirs, Dinner With Your Legend and the Rep Your Legend campaign to their fans and networks.

Your involvement is extremely important because this event exists because of you and for you.

Together, we can build a national culture where Ghana celebrates and supports the people who have given so much to our country while they are still alive.

All selected legends are specially invited to the Official Launch of the Ghana Legends Awards 2026:

Date: Wednesday, 2nd September 2026

Time: 11:00 AM

Venue: National Theatre, Accra

Your presence is very important as we officially introduce the vision to the nation, media, sponsors, partners and corporate institutions.

Having our legends present will demonstrate unity, strengthen sponsorship and welfare efforts, and give the media an opportunity to share your stories with Ghana.

Main Awards Night

Date: Thursday, 22nd October 2026

Venue: National Theatre, Accra

Time: 5:00 PM sharp

We believe our legends should receive their flowers in their hands, not only on their graves.

Let us celebrate our heroes, support them, wear their T-shirts, tell their stories, dine with them and proudly represent them while they can see and experience the love.
