Nana Agradaa: No More Spiritual Consultations in My Church

Evangelist Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, known as Nana Agradaa, the former traditional priestess now turned Christian evangelist has warned critics who accuse her of practicing “Sika Gari” in her church, saying they will face divine punishment as she bans one on one consultation in her church.

“God will punish anybody who stands somewhere to say I do ‘Sika Gari’ in my church. May the anointing on me from prison deal with you,” she said.

She made this statement during a sermon at her church, Heaven Way International Ministry, on April 19, 2026. Nana Agradaa, who was recently released from prison, spoke strongly against the allegations and insisted she is not involved in any fraudulent spiritual practices.

In the same sermon, she announced a major change in how she will operate in her ministry. She said she will no longer hold one-on-one spiritual consultations or private counselling sessions with church members. According to her, all such activities have been cancelled.

She explained that she will also stop giving personal spiritual direction, advice, or intervention to individuals. Instead, if she receives any spiritual message about someone, she will keep it to herself and pray privately without informing the person involved.

Nana Agradaa said her decision is based on past accusations made against her. She referred to claims that she took GH$1,000 during consultations, which she believes contributed to her legal troubles and eventual sentencing.

“I don’t need anyone to come to me for consultation or spiritual direction. I won’t allow a situation where someone later claims they gave me money for help, leading to problems for me. If I have any spiritual guidance to offer, I will keep it and pray over it in my room,” she stated emphatically.
