Menzgold Bounces Back With New Product

Gold dealing Company, Menzgold is set to commence full operations on November 5, this year.

The Company will begin operation with the launch of a new online Gold/Collectibles Trading product.

A statement signed and issued on Friday by the Acting Head of Communications at Menzgold, Nii Amarh Amarteifi said the new product would make it possible for existing transactions to be migrated unto it for immediate prompt extra value and principal payments in order for business to proceed as usual.

“All agreed percentage payments will be made via direct transfer into the accounts of ALL Customers who have expressed their willingness to terminate their transactions shortly thereafter,” the statement read.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) suspended Menzgold’s operations in September after the company was found to be violating rules governing its operations.

According to SEC, the company did not have the required license to operate in gold trading.

The issue is currently before an Accra High court, with Menzgold suing Bank of Ghana and SEC for causing harm to its business reputation.

Already, some customers have threatened a nationwide demonstration by the end of this month

However, the Company has assured its worried customers that all agreed percentage payments would be made soon.

The payment, according to the statement, would be made through a direct transfer into the accounts of all customers who have expressed their willingness to terminate their transactions shortly thereafter.

“The percentages to be paid will be officially communicated in a press release after a stakeholders meeting scheduled for this weekend,” the statement stressed.

It further assured its customers of its commitment to grow the company.

“We wish to assure our cherished customers of our unreserved commitment to stabilize, sustain and grow the Menzgold course, all in our resolve to serve our customers better,” according to the statement.
