VIP Bus Thief Killed

A MAN has done the unthinkable by attempting to steal a VIP bus at Asafo in Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region.

The shocking and weird incident happened around 4am on Wednesday on March 8, 2023 when the place was quiet.

According to reports, the empty bus was parked when the man, who is now dead, quietly entered it unnoticed.

The ‘bus thief’, reportedly, started the bus engine and tried to drive it to a destination, which is known by himself.

The VIP bus driver’s mate saw the thief speeding away with the bus so they chased the bus with a tricycle.

Eventually, the driver’s mate and his friends managed to catch up with the bus thief and apprehended him instantly.

The ‘bus thief’ was then manhandled by his captors, who started to hit him with all manner of weapons in public.

The ‘bus thief’ was lynched within some few minutes. The police have since started investigations into the death.
