La Palm to Host Fourth Edition of SHE TRIUMPH 2026

The La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra is set to host the fourth edition of the SHE TRIUMPH Conference and Triumph Women Awards 2026, a two-day celebration of women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, resilience and social impact, scheduled for Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Organised by DebbyQueen Productions, the 2026 edition will be held under the powerful theme “Her Blueprint; Her Legacy”, challenging women to move beyond inspiration to intentional planning, purposeful leadership and the creation of legacies that extend beyond their individual achievements.

Founded and convened by Lady Mrs. Deborah Borketey-Tackie, SHE TRIUMPH has evolved from a women-focused conference into a growing empowerment movement providing platforms for recognition, capacity building, mentorship, networking, entrepreneurship and financial empowerment.

The initiative continues to create opportunities for women to be seen, heard, celebrated and equipped to translate their potential into meaningful impact within their families, communities, businesses and industries.

A Platform Designed to Create Impact

The 2026 edition comes at a time when conversations around women’s economic participation, leadership and sustainable empowerment remain critical to Ghana’s development.

Beyond celebrating accomplished women, SHE TRIUMPH seeks to invest in the next generation by creating practical pathways for women to acquire knowledge, build networks, access opportunities and strengthen their businesses.

A key component of this year’s programme is the Triumph Creative Women Hub, an empowerment initiative designed to support women who have entrepreneurial ideas and aspirations but require the right skills, guidance and resources to take their ventures to the next level.

The programme will culminate in a business-pitching session featuring shortlisted female entrepreneurs, who will present their ideas for an opportunity to receive seed funding, mentorship and business support.

This practical intervention reinforces the organisers’ belief that celebrating women must go hand in hand with creating opportunities that enable them to thrive.

SHE TRIUMPH Conference – Saturday, September 26

The first day of the programme, the SHE TRIUMPH Conference, will open with exhibitions at 9:00 a.m., followed by a red-carpet experience at 11:00 a.m. and the main conference at 12:00 p.m.

In keeping with the initiative’s commitment to accessibility and inclusive empowerment, entry to the conference is free.

The conference will bring together women from diverse sectors, including entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, students, corporate leaders, aspiring business owners and emerging talents, alongside stakeholders passionate about women’s advancement.

The distinguished speaker lineup includes Rev. Dr. Joyce Aryee as Keynote Speaker, with Rashida Saani, Mrs. Mary Anane Awuku and Whitney Boakye-Mensah serving as Guest Speakers.

Through keynote addresses, conversations, networking and the Triumph Creative Women Hub finals, the conference is expected to provide participants with insights, inspiration and practical tools for personal and professional growth.

Triumph Women Awards & Dinner – Sunday, September 27

The two-day celebration will culminate in the Triumph Women Awards and Dinner on Sunday, September 27.

The awards night begins with a red-carpet experience at 4:00 p.m., followed by the main ceremony at 6:00 p.m.

The Triumph Women Awards recognises women whose leadership, innovation, resilience and contribution have created meaningful impact within their respective sectors and communities.

The awards are designed not simply as a celebration of achievement, but as a platform for visibility, inspiration and legacy-building—placing a spotlight on women whose stories can encourage the next generation to pursue excellence and challenge limitations.

From entrepreneurship and business to leadership, education, social impact, creativity and other areas of influence, the awards provide an opportunity to acknowledge women who are helping to shape Ghana and Africa’s future.

From Recognition to Empowerment

Over the years, SHE TRIUMPH has positioned itself around a philosophy that women’s empowerment must extend beyond ceremonial recognition.

The initiative brings together recognition, mentorship, networking, skills development and economic opportunities, creating an ecosystem where women can connect with one another, learn from established leaders and gain access to resources that can support their growth.

The platform also creates an important bridge between accomplished women and emerging female leaders, encouraging the sharing of knowledge, experiences and opportunities across generations.

For the organisers, the ultimate objective is to contribute to a culture where women are not only celebrated for what they have achieved, but are also equipped and supported to build what comes next.

Strong Support from Sponsors and Partners

The continued growth of SHE TRIUMPH has been made possible through the support of organisations and brands that share the vision of investing in women and community development.

This year’s edition is powered by DebbyQueen Productions and Happy Man Bitters, with support from Global Ovations, the HappyMan Foundation, Body by Blondy, Appointed Time Printing, Gino, Didi Shito, Flora, Omanye Royal Kingdom, Randa, Bel-Aqua, Be Beverages, KLSAA Cosmetics, Soul Impact, among other sponsors and partners.

Their support underscores the importance of partnerships between the private sector, community organisations and empowerment initiatives in creating sustainable opportunities for women.

“SHE TRIUMPH Is More Than an Event”

Speaking ahead of the 2026 edition, Lady Mrs. Deborah Borketey-Tackie, Founder and Convenor of SHE TRIUMPH and DebbyQueen Productions, emphasised the broader vision behind the initiative.

“SHE TRIUMPH is not just an event; it is a movement. This year, under the theme ‘Her Blueprint; Her Legacy,’ we are challenging every woman to not only dream but to design a strategic plan for her life and build a legacy that will outlive her.

“We are proud to honour these phenomenal women who are rewriting the narrative of what is possible for Ghanaian and African women. But beyond the awards, our greatest responsibility is to create platforms and opportunities that equip the next generation to rise, lead and make an impact.”

Her comments reflect the central philosophy of the 2026 edition: a woman’s blueprint represents the intentional choices, strategies and values she uses to build her life, while her legacy represents the impact those choices leave behind.

Building a Legacy Beyond the Individual

As SHE TRIUMPH enters its fourth edition, organisers say the vision is becoming increasingly focused on sustainability and measurable impact.

The conference and awards seek to strengthen a growing community of women who are prepared to lead with purpose, build sustainable businesses, mentor others, create opportunities and contribute to national and continental development.

The organisers believe that when women are empowered with knowledge, resources, networks and visibility, the impact extends far beyond the individual—to families, businesses, communities and future generations.

With “Her Blueprint; Her Legacy” as its guiding message, SHE TRIUMPH 2026 is therefore positioned not merely as a celebration of women, but as a call to action for women to deliberately design the lives, businesses and impact they want to leave behind.
